Time to get moving with the most important part of the project.  Get a trailer built.  In the photo you will see the trailer has started its process of being built.  There is so much more that goes into something like this then you realize.  What equipment, where do you put it, where do you need power?  All kinds of decisions that must be made.  Then stuff like colors and wrap design, logos, and menu.  All these things must be decided to start the process, but we planned it out and have started it going.
